Ian is a senior researcher at RISE, who brings more than 30 years of experience to his AI for Cloud-Edge Working Group co-leading role. His latest works focused on Big data/Machine learning projects for the European automotive sectors; fundamentals for big data processing, machine learning and platforms needed to process large amounts of data; ML algorithms, sensor, log and maintenance data; and latency reduction cases. He has worked for numerous engineering projects involving European industries.
